1. School registration form signed by the parent/guardian.
2. Student's school enrollment contract signed by the parent/guardian.
3. Copy of birth certificate (with original for verification).
4. Copy of family card (for Saudi citizens) including the student (with original for verification).
5. Copy of valid residency permit (for non-Saudi citizens) for the father (with original for verification).
6. Copy of valid residency permit (for the student) for the student (with original for verification).
7. Copy of the student's passport (with original for verification).
8. Copy of the student's vaccination card.
9. Student's medical record certified by a health center, including required medical tests completed within three days.
10. Four (4) passport-size photos of the student in a file folder.
11- A copy of the guardian's national address.
A student transferred from another school
1. School registration form signed by the parent/guardian.
2. Student's school enrollment contract signed by the parent/guardian.
3. Copy of the student's passport (with the original for verification).
4. The student's complete file containing all educational documents, stamped and signed by the administration of the student's previous school.
5. All student records (comprehensive record - vaccination record).
6. Copy of the parent/guardian's national address.
7. Textbooks for the national identity subjects for the new academic year (to be collected from the previous school).
A student transferring from an international school or from outside the Kingdom
1. School registration form signed by the parent/guardian.
2. Student's school enrollment contract signed by the parent/guardian.
3. Copy of the student's passport (with the original for verification).
4. Copy of the father's valid residency permit (with the original for verification) for non-Saudis.
5. Copy of the student's valid residency permit (with the original for verification).
6. Transcripts of the last academic year, certified by the Saudi Cultural Attaché in the student's country of origin.
7. Equivalency certificate letter, authenticated and stamped by the education department.
